SUMMARY
OBJECTIVE: Seeking supplemental employment as a Graphic Artist on an intermittant or free-lance basis.
STRENGTHS: Creative, aggressive with short time-lines. Can cover many aspects of Graphics from printed media to illustration. I have done web design as well in Phototshop-Image Ready
POSITION DESIRED: Employment as a Graphic Artist to complement my existing full time schedule in the Graphic arts. Would love to mesh skills as a fine artist with the digital arts as well. Have written and illustrated a children’s book.
INFO: Available to do murals as well as applied arts-cartooning, rendering in watercolor, etc.

About me
I am a local gal from a large Irish family who grew up with art. I have primarily done pencil and watercolor, but have tried my hand at acrylics as well. I have shown my work locally at various trade fairs, etc. I try to coordinate this with a full-time job as a Graphic Artist with the State of California. I have literally grown up with the Adobe line of products, and really love the interface developed in the CS3 series. My two kids are both very creative as well, as they transition into young adulthood. My older daughter is at UOP seeking a double major in music (French Horn) and her teaching credential. My younger daughter is completing her senior year here at Davis high school. She is as athletic as she is academic, and is also a very talented artist. My husband is a trained musician (French Horn) who runs operations in the natural gas business.(How is that for contrast!) I just wish to do more with my skills as an author and illustrator-I am testing the waters with acoustic guitar as well. I have been an avid golfer for a long time and play whenever possible.
